When many people think of internet marketing they think SCAM. You hear it all the time, people trying to sell products on how to make money products to people who are desperate to make money.
Yes there are people and companies out there who teach people how to make money online – just the same as there are people in the “real world” who teach people how to run a business offline – we call these people business advisors.
One of the main differences is that those offline advisors have to answer for what they do and tell people, and whilst the online world is starting to catch up it is still way behind and people can easily leave themselves open to scams.
However, if you have ever bought anything online – whether from a large high street name or from a Mr nobody, you have been subjected to internet marketing.
What people don’t realise is that internet marketing is one of the biggest businesses in the world. So whether you have ordered the latest playstation game from play dot com or a model plane from rtf or even a build it yourself chicken coup, you have been subject to internet – or more precisely – niche marketing.
Those sites didn’t get there by accident. They didn’t just appear overnight. People actually took the time to research the “niche”, find what people were looking for, and then put the product that they were looking for in front of those buyers.
What my aim is with this site is to provide you with useful info – including my own triumphs And failures – (if you ever meet a highly succesful person who tells you that they have never failed, they are either lying or have been very very lucky, or are not as succesful as they would have you believe.
I am not a “guru” and will not have all the answers.
